Head of Technology
Oscar is Head of Technology at MobileBehavior, a Tribal DDB company. Prior to joining MobileBehavior in New York, Oscar was a Partner and the Director of Technology at Domani Studios, an award-winning digital production agency with offices in New York and Chicago. During his four and a half years at Domani, he played a critical role in the growth of the agency, establishing a strong technology practice and contributing to virtually all of the agency's landmark projects, including the multi-award winning "We Choose The Moon" for The JFK Library and Museum in collaboration with The Martin Agency.
Before Domani, Oscar held leading positions at a handful of advertising agencies and production shops in New York City, including his own. His experience as a technical lead includes work for Allstate Insurance, Best Buy, Coca Cola, Microsoft, MySpace, Starbucks, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Tequila Cuervo, Toyota and Trump.
Oscar is also an author and technical editor for industry publications, as well as an occasional guest conference speaker, having addressed audiences at Adobe MAX, WebDU (formerly MXDU), Click:NY, SoDA unconferences and other events.
